Almaza Beauty — corrected store policies
Paste each into Shopify admin → Settings → Policies (replace the current "LuxePress" text). Every "LuxePress" is gone, delivery is stated honestly as 10–20 days (matches CJ + the ads), and returns are written for beauty devices, not press-on nails.
Privacy policy needs NO change — it's the standard Shopify template using AlmazaBeauty, so it already reads "Almaza Beauty".
SHIPPING POLICY
United Arab Emirates — FREE tracked shipping
Every UAE order ships free with tracking.
- Processing: 1–3 business days (quality check and dispatch)
- Delivery: 10–20 days after dispatch. Our devices are sourced and shipped through our international fulfilment partner, so we ask for a little patience — we'd rather state an honest window than overpromise.
- Tracking: emailed to you automatically once your order ships
GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)
Tracked shipping to GCC countries with rates shown at checkout. Typical delivery is 10–20 days after dispatch.
Order tracking
Your tracking link is emailed when the order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for the first tracking scan to appear. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Delays
The estimates above cover the vast majority of orders, but customs checks, public holidays (including Eid periods), and carrier disruptions can occasionally add time. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Address changes
Caught a mistake in your address? Email Hassan@servicewire.ae within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch. We can't reroute a parcel once it has shipped.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Almaza Beauty device or tool. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we handle it.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at Hassan@servicewire.ae within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You won't need to ship a faulty item back at your own cost.
Change of mind
You can return an item that is unused and in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please email us first so we can confirm the correct return address — parcels sent back without prior approval can't be refunded.
Hygiene exception
Many of our products are personal-care beauty devices and tools that come into direct contact with skin, hair, or the body (for example facial and LED devices, IPL handsets, water flossers, and acupressure mats). For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items of this kind cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, contact us at Hassan@servicewire.ae and we'll follow it up.
Order cancellation
Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and before your order is dispatched, and we'll cancel and refund in full. Once an order has shipped it follows the return rules above.
All prices and refunds are handled in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Orders
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel and fully refund any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error). You confirm the details you provide — especially your shipping address and phone number — are accurate; we can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
Pricing
Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled and refunded.
Product use
Our products are beauty devices, tools, and accessories for personal cosmetic use. Please read and follow the manufacturer's instructions included with each item before use. These products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Discontinue use if you experience irritation or discomfort, and consult a qualified professional if you have a relevant medical condition. Product photos are illustrative; minor variations in colour or packaging can occur.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy are estimates (typically 10–20 days), not guarantees. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.
Intellectual property
All content on this store — text, images, branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under UAE consumer protection regulations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
