Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your LuxePress kit. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we handle it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at kevinyari2@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Change of mind

You can return an unopened, unused kit within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Email us first so we can give you the correct return address — parcels sent without prior approval can't be refunded.

Hygiene exception

Because press-on nails are a personal care product, opened or used kits can't be returned unless they're defective. This keeps every kit we ship factory-sealed and safe.

Refund processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, contact us at kevinyari2@gmail.com and we'll chase it.

Order cancellation

Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and before dispatch, and we'll cancel and refund in full. Once an order has shipped it follows the return rules above.
