United Arab Emirates — FREE tracked shipping
Every UAE order ships free with full tracking.
- Processing: 1–3 business days (quality check and dispatch)
- Delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: emailed to you automatically the moment your order ships
GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)
Tracked shipping to GCC countries with rates and delivery estimates shown at checkout. Typical delivery is 6–12 business days after dispatch.
Order tracking
Your tracking link is emailed when the order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Delays
Estimates above cover the vast majority of orders, but customs checks, public holidays (including Eid periods), and carrier disruptions can occasionally add time. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Address changes
Caught a mistake in your address? Email kevinyari2@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch. We can't reroute a parcel once it has shipped.
