Orders

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel and fully refund any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error). You confirm the details you provide — especially your shipping address and phone number — are accurate; we can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.

Pricing

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled and refunded.

Product use

Our products are cosmetic accessories for external use only. Follow the included application instructions. Discontinue use if you experience irritation. Keep small parts and adhesives away from children. Product photos are illustrative; minor variations in shade or packaging can occur.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, images, branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under UAE consumer protection regulations.
